  • Knowing who’s talking about the products you are selling or asking leading questions that you may expect your customers to ask to conclude they need your product.

  • Allow you to follow and engage in live interaction with them - friends are similar so if you bag one customer, chances are they will tell a friend with a similar view to their’s!

  • From here the math is simple guys and girls….

      • go to search.twitter.com
      •  
      • Enter words, phrases, terms that you would expect your ideal customer to be searching. E.G. I’m selling MMA Clothing, I may search for the terms “i need a new rashguard” - you must think in the mind of ‘tweeter’ and how he will form his tweets.

      • Once you find what and who you are looking for…follow them.
      •  
      • They will most likely in return follow you. When you tweet, tweet helpfully, lead in to useful articles like blogs you may have written..the things that are going to keep them warm and have faith in you as a brand/ store / individual.

      • Trust is the over riding factor that determines sales, you will buy from those you trust. Use twitter to find those looking for something, and then ensure you can provide that thing in a warm interpersonal way..

      you’ll bag yourself a regular customer who will ‘tweet’ your services with their friends.
